About this course
This session offers an introduction to the District's Staff Wellbeing Program. It provides an overview of the program and team – who they are, what they do, services offered, and how to access those services. You will gain an increased understanding of the services and programs available to help you and your staff manage and prioritise wellbeing.
Who should attend?
This course is appropriate for new managers, and staff members who aspire to management as part of their career progression. This session is part of a series of stakeholder sessions in the Getting Started Program for Managers.

- describe your role and responsibilities relating to staff wellbeing
- explain how the Staff Wellbeing Program can support your staff and you as a manager
